I could just perceive the electrical hum from the station (or from transmission lines), and so could my partner, but i can’t hear it on the recording. At 1. 30 on the recording you can hear my partner’s soft cough coming from our tent 50m away. This recording is of wave ripples hitting the sand on lake superior. This was recorded with a zoom hrn pro handy recorder. It was edited in cubase le 10 focusing on compression and normalization. The mic used was the built-in mic configuration on the unit positioned on a mini tripod 8 inches above the sand.
